Most people develop diarrhoea at some point in their lifetime, and it’s usually nothing to worry about.
Your poorly stomach will normally clear up by itself within a few days to a week.

Probiotics are a type of a healthy bacteria, and the supplements help to get rid of the bad bacteria in your stomach.
They can also help to fight any infection that may be lingering in your gut.
You should be able to find probiotics in supplement form or as a drink.

Water
It may seem simple, but drinking plenty of fluids is one of the best ways to stop your diarrhoea symptoms.
Drinking extra fluids is absolutely crucial when you’re losing water in your stools.
Aim to drink around three-quarters of a pint of water every hour.
Keeping hydrated will also protect against the dizziness or weakness that’s often accompanied with diarrhoea.
Smoothie
When you have diarrhoea, you want to eat the right foods that will keep your body going, while also not aggravating your stomach.
Fruits and vegetables are some of the best foods you can eat when you have diarrhoea, as they provide water, fibre and electrolytes, said Levy.
“Try making a smoothie or sorbet with fruit, and steaming veggies to make them easier to digest,” she wrote for Dr Axe.
“Monitor your symptoms to make sure they don’t get worse, however, as some people react badly to too much natural sugar.”
If you develop diarrhoea, you should consider remaining at home for 48 hours after the last episode, to avoid spreading any infection to other people.
You could also try using a number of over-the-counter medications, which aim to relieve your symptoms.
Diarrhoea symptoms have also been linked to the Covid-19 pandemic, and may be an indicator of the virus.
If you develop diarrhoea, as well as a high fever, a new, continuous cough, or a loss of smell or taste, you should get tested for coronavirus straight away.
