Kevin Hart Showed Off His Jacked Biceps in Shirtless Workout Photos
Actor and comedian Kevin Hart posted a couple of shots from his most recent arm day workout to Instagram on Friday, showing off the results of his “#HustleHart” regime—including some impressive chest definition and some seriously jacked biceps—while training with a pair of 40 dumbbells.
“Focused on a Friday…. I’m locked the fuck in,” he wrote in the caption. “People constantly ask me why I go so hard….my answer is because this is what makes me happy….I feel like the work that I put into me constantly pays off….take care of yourself for yourself and nobody else…we all get 1 life….make it special for YOU!!!! Wake up & get after it.”
He followed this shortly after with a more relaxed post, in which he can be seen chilling on the beach—still shirtless, naturally.
Hart has spoken before about how important fitness is to him. While he has always maintained a strong, muscular physique, and sung the praises of constantly trying to improve his performance, he adopted a newly dedicated approach to his workouts in the aftermath of his car accident in 2019. From that point on, working out became more than just a pastime—it was in integral part of his physical rehab, and gave him a point of focus during a time of incredibly slow, painful recovery.
“I’m not trying to get back to where I was before—I want to be better than before,” he told Men’s Health last year. “It’s a resurrection. That’s the best way for me to put it.”

It’s safe to say that he has since bounced back, and Hart’s intense recent workouts have been in the pursuit of growing muscle mass in order to play Roland, the male lead in Borderlands, an upcoming action movie based on the popular video game franchise. to get in soldier shape, Hart has been hustling harder than ever before, including training with Navy SEALs.
