Savannah Guthrie's Daughter Has a Stern Warning for Travis Kelce When It Comes to Taylor Swift
Savannah Guthrie’s daughter Vale is not messing around when it comes to Taylor Swift’s heart.
During Thursday’s episode of TODAY, Guthrie and her fellow co-hosts got to chatting about the “Anti-Hero” singer’s new romance with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. Ever since the couple broke the internet on Sunday by confirming dating rumors — Swift attended the Chiefs’ game with Kelce’s mom Donna — their relationship is the buzz of the (foot)ball.
Even Guthrie’s 9-year-old is in on the news, and she had some fighting words for the NFL player in regards to his treatment of her favorite musician. The TODAY co-host shared, “My 9-year-old’s talking about it. She’s like, ‘Is it real mom? He better not break her heart.’”
Guthrie hilariously added, “My daughter said this morning, ‘If he breaks her heart, I’ll break him.’” Sweet little 9-year-old Vale is going to show six-foot-five, 250-pound Travis Kelce what Taylor Swift meant when she sang “Now we got bad blood!” Absolutely precious.
Vale was one of the lucky Swifties who got to see the sold-out Eras Tour this year. In August, Guthrie took the little girl to one of the “Daylight” singer’s shows in Los Angeles, and she shared an Instagram post in honor of the special mommy-daughter date. “Memories for a lifetime with my beautiful girl,” Guthrie wrote. She added, “Thank you @taylorswift for singing your heart out every single night. feeling so grateful and lucky to have seen this in person with the little girl of my wildest dreams ❤️”
