Tiffany has opened up about her newfound healthy lifestyle and results. Back in December, Tiffany revealed her 50-pound weight loss during the pandemic. “I’m very skinny, it’s going good,” she said told People at the time. “I don’t really want to lose any more weight. I want to now just sculpt it all, sculpt off the fat so I can get to the muscle. The goal is to have abs by New Year’s Day! We’ll see.”
Throughout January, she documented her 30-day fitness challenge. She aimed to lose water weight by exercising between 15 minutes and two hours every day, and eating “way more vegetables” than usual. A mere three days into her challenge, and Tiffany spotted abs.
