It's the most wonderful time of the year. OK, maybe after Christmas, but for many beauty lovers, Nordstrom's Anniversary Sale comes to a close second. The 2021 edition of the sale is fast approaching on July 16 for Nordstrom cardmembers (and July 28 for the general public). Why are we so pumped? Hundreds — if not thousands — of brands, including La Mer, Olaplex, Kiehl's, MAC, Lancôme, Charlotte Tilbury, and so many more, will be marked down at the mega-retailer.
If you've shopped this epic sale before, you know that it's not a typical beauty sale where only past-season or soon-to-be-discontinued products are slashed. In fact, it's quite the opposite: Nordstrom actually launches new products, sets, and exclusives just in time for the Anniversary Sale and discounts them for a limited time before they return to their retail prices after the sale ends. Additionally, there are one-day-only flash deals (that are further discounted) offered all throughout.
