Hilary Duff is the latest to dabble with DIY hair dye. Over the weekend, the 32-year-old actress shared a pic off herself with BRIGHT BLUE tresses, immediately sending her followers into a tiz.
“INTO ??THIS?? ,” one commented. “This is what dreams are made of???” added another.
The colour is so vibrant that some suggested it was probably a wig. A quick squiz at her stories, however, totally debunked that theory. You can tell by her roots (courtesy of a side view shot), it’s definitely the real deal.
